The University of Religions and Denominations currently offers 24 on-campus master’s programs. More master’s programs will also be established in the near future. These programs are in line with the regulations and decisions made by the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology of Iran. Therefore, the final master’s degree conferred to the students is approved by this ministry.
The on-campus master’s programs of the University of Religions and Denominations currently host 702 Iranian students and 5612 international students. Also, 1211 Iranian and 30 international students have graduated from these programs. Holding a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent is required to be enrolled in any of the programs. For international applicants, the equivalent of a bachelor’s degree must be approved by the Iranian Consulate at the country of graduation.
The classes will be held in Persian, English, and Arabic. Those applicants who speak other languages must hold a language certificate proving their proficiency in any of the three languages. All classes, final exams, and the students’ dissertation defense will be held in-person. The students must attend the university at any of these stages.
Not holding citizenship of the Islamic Republic of Iran and no legal prohibition for residing in the country are necessary for registering in these programs.
The on-campus master’s degree is completed in 3 years and the total fee for this program is $3000. The fee covers the student’s educational costs and does not include living expenses such as food and accommodations
