Norway, s deputy foreign minister visited the University of Religions and Denominations heading a high-level delegation on Feb 16th.
The Norway, s delegation had a meeting with Dr. Masjed Jamei, top consultant of the president of URD.
In this meeting, Norway, s deputy FM appreciated comprehensive study of all divine or non-divine religions and denominations in this university.
Pointing to the critical situation of today world due to terrorist attacks in Europe, he also said: I would dare to tell that your university is ahead of time, considering the regional developments.
At the end of his visit to URD, Norway, s deputy foreign minister was awarded the symbol of university a copy of Persian translation of “Catechism of the Catholic Church”, recently published and translated by URD press.
