A comparative study of minority rights in terms of religious practice and rituals from the viewpoint of Jurisprudential schools with an emphasize on the views of Imam Khomeini

The discussion take place in this dissertation is the rights of performing religious practice and ritual of minorities within an Islamic society. This is to makes the point clear that whether Islam allow non-Muslims to worship in accordance with their religious teachings or not? The objectives that have been taken under consideration in this dissertation are:

Extraction of religious verdict on the permissibility or impermissibility of the existence of non-Muslims places of rituals.Finding the jurisprudential command on performing ritual and religious acts non-Muslims from the viewpoint of Islamic schools of Jurisprudence. Non-Muslims are not permitted to declare their religious rituals in cities which are specifically for Islamic ritual, but they can do this ritual at home and temples, provided that not seen and hear out of those places.
