Analyse of Tafsir Almizan on the Qur’anic Verses Related to Judaism

Tafsir of the Qur’anic verses related to religions, especially Judaism which is the religion pointed to most in the Holy Quran, is a very specialized and difficult issue which hasn’t had the mufassirun’s undivided attention ever. Allameh Tabatabaie is one of who has traversed the first steps of this path. But he also had, along the way, some methodological slips, which is the issue of this article. Some of them are the same problems which are in the majority of Muffassirun. The others are exclusive to Allameh and his method of tafsir. In this thesis, we will have a look at both of these types of error.
