The dean of the University of Religions and Denominations participates in the Conference of Dialogue Among Religions in Germany.
The Conference of Dialogue Among Religions was held from 10th to 12th of September in Monster and Osnabruck, Germany hosting the most active figures of the divine religions exchanging ideas on fighting terrorism and establishing peace in the world.
Mr. Navvab presented his lecture on “prayer, sickness and healing” in the sixth panel of the conference.
The conference was inaugurated on the 10th with Angela Markel’s speech. Nigerian president as the representative of African countries and Antonio Tajani the president of European parliament also participated in this conference.
The conference ended on Tuesday 12th of September issuing a statement and reciting the common prayer of the representatives of divine religions in Osnabruck.
The conference was hosted by The Community of Sant’ Egidio which is a world community affiliated to Catholic Church founded in 1968 and is active in world peace and helping the poor. The Community has over 5000 members in 70 countries.
